PRE – KG AND LKG REGISTRATION DETAILS [2025 – 2026]
 
 
 
 

Dear All,

  • We are glad to inform you that the Registration for Admission to PRE – KG AND LKG is only through ONLINE / OFFLINE 
  • The ONLINE application will be available through the link in our website
  • www.jgvvannanagar.orgfrom 05.12.2024 [THURSDAY]
  • E.mail id and Mobile Number is mandatory for filling the Registration Form   
 

Guidelines to fill in the Application through the link:

v   Before filling the Registration Form thoroughly go through the demo application.

v    Click the link, the Registration Form will appear on the screen.

v    Name of the Pupil to be filled in as per the Birth Certificate

v    Date of Birth:  

FOR LKG – Children born between 01.04.2020 and 31.03.2021 only need to apply.

FOR PRE-KG – Children born between 01.04.2021 and 31.03.2022 only need to apply.

 

v    The Form cannot be submitted if the child is born beyond or below the above date.

v    In the age column, fill the completed months.

v    All Red stars [*] are mandatory [to be filled compulsorily]

v    In the Distance column, specify the correct distance as it will be verified with Google Map.

      The Map link must be attached properly.  [Refer Demo Application]   
  Kindly attach the following copies with Registration Form 
 

i.             Birth Certificate of the Child  [*]

 

ii.           Community Certificate  of the Child [ if available ]  [OR]  the Parent

iii.          Income Certificate / Salary Slip

iv.          Address Proof 1 (*)  -  Aadhar ID of either the Parent or Child (*)

 

         Address Proof 2 (*)  -   Ration Card / Voter ID / Driving License / Passport     [Any one ]
   
 

v    Don’t attach the Rental Agreement / Bank Pass book / Gas Bill / EB Card etc.,

v    By submission of the Registration form you will get a Download Application screen, fill the

     required details and submit.

v    Take a print out of the Registration form, attach the Xerox copy of above proof and submit in the

      school office between 9.30a.m. and 4.30p.m.
   
 

v    THIS REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION.
   
 

v    After the scrutiny of the Registration Form, the selected candidate only will receive a call or

     message to your mobile or E-mail within two weeks.

v    Don’t seek any clarification regarding Admission through telephone [or] e-mail.
